How it all started...
Carlos and Kym Haynes have been married 34 years and have five children. The family serves in ministry at the church in various ways. In 2014 the Haynes took an existent church and changed the name to Faith Community Church of the Ozarks with a vision to reach Southwest Missouri with the message of faith. What started with one location in Springfield continued with a second location in Hollister, MO. A church plant with a hunger for the move of the Spirit of God.
Expanding the vision...
As both locations grow the vision has grown and we are excited about all that God is doing. We are working to start FCCozarks locations in more communities in southwest Missouri. But, no matter what happens, the vision of the church is remains the same; to spread the message of faith in our local community.
Where we are headed...
We will never stop spreading the message of faith, our sole focus is to spread this message all over Southwest Missouri. We desire to expand radio ministry to more secular radio stations, we are currently on 105.1 the bull doing twenty ads per month, sixty seconds each, we call this "Something to Think About". We desire to have healing schools with an emphasis on teaching people the truth about the healing power of God. We also have expanded vision for children and youth, young adults and singles, the vision is there and God is helping us to grow in many ways.
